We can ship anything to the lower 48! Your package will most likely come in a recycled or repurposed package because trashing a perfectly good box just hurts our feelings. Large or custom pieces may take a day or two to get packaged up so please have patience!

What is your return policy?

We want your Thatcher purchase to be everything you dreamed of. If you're not satisfied with your product we will happily exchange or refund any items that (in their original condition) within two weeks of arrival. W
e can't accept returns on personal items (like soap, brushes, and towels) once they've been opened or used. When shipping a return, you are responsible for safely packing and shipping the items back to us. Thatcher is not responsible for damaged or lost shipments the return shipping process.

 

Please include your original order number with your return. We are a small family run business so your return make take 2-3 days!

Missing Packages

Once delivered,Thatcher is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to include any special delivery instructions when placing your order. If you suspect your package has been stolen or mis-delivered, we recommend checking with your mail carrier and neighbors.
